Made over 18 hours using a sourdough starter and mixed seeds then baked on the sole of the oven for extra bounce and crustiness.

3 Seed Whole Wheat Loaf
A Whole Wheat Loaf with Sunflower, Sesame & Poppy Seeds are mixed into the dough.

Plain Croissant
Handmade in the bakery with full fat French butter: “better than you get in France” according to several of our Gallic customers. Bien sûr!
Ingredients: 100% Stoneground White Flour (Wheat), Butter (Milk), Milk, Yeast, Caster Sugar, Salt, Egg
